We take great pride in our Armenian companies and are committed to advancing their export activities and expanding their presence in international markets.

More than thirty small and medium-sized entrepreneurs participated in the “Business Promotion Innovation Days 2024” event. The Switzerland-Armenia Chamber of Commerce organized this event for the fourth consecutive year. This time, it was joined by ICC in Armenia, the “International Chamber of Commerce in Armenia.” The seminar held in Tsaghkadzor aimed to introduce Armenian entrepreneurs to European markets, particularly the standards and requirements necessary for exporting to Switzerland, as well as provide an opportunity to showcase their products via Armenia Commerce Connect newly created platform:

Switzerland’s Ambassador to Armenia, H.E. Mr. Lukas Rosenkranz, considers such events extremely important for the development of Armenian-Swiss business relations.

The Swiss Ambassador further mentioned that the Swiss Cooperation in Armenia supports Armenian economic development on various levels, e.g. the modernization of agriculture (in promoting, among other things, vocational training in agriculture).

According to H.E. Mr. Lukas Rosenkranz, although the lion’s share of Armenia’s foreign trade is directed toward the Eurasian Economic Union, particularly Russia, it is important to diversify markets. This event is a significant step in that direction.
