Dear Stakeholders of the Switzerland - Armenia Chamber of Commerce,
As you all know the General Assembly will take place on April 14th, 2021 (18:30-20:00pm), you will find the agenda of the Board meeting included with this invitation.
This year, beside the regular agenda items we will have the elections for the new Board of Directors for a three year tenure.
Our Statutes allow a minimum of three Board Members, we, however, currently have six in order to more equitably distribute the workload. We ask all the members of the Chamber of Commerce to vote for each of the following current Board members separately.
Current Board of Directors for re-elections:
Mike Baronian
Gohar Sanfilippo
Nune Magoyan
Hrant Sahakyan
Sarkis Shahinian and Karen Aslanyan will not stand for re-election because of other priorities.
Each member is allowed by our statutes to submit his or her name for election to the Board of Directors. In order to conduct the elections in a fair and impartial manner we ask everyone who is interested to submit their name including their CV to the Chamber of Commerce by April 4th, 2021.
Please also find enclosed the Power of Attorney. We will be pleased to see you on this day, however if you have other engagements and cannot be present, please appoint by the Power of Attorney one of the Executive Board members mentioned above.
We also would like to ask all our members to settle the 2021 membership dues in order to be able to participate in the voting.
